With twenty-five years of customer service experience, Mike Cappiello keeps LaBosco’s focused on the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Mike earned a BS in Management Information Systems from UCF and is a GIA trained Applied Jewelry Professional.
In addition to Mike’s training and certifications, he has ten years of experience at LaBosco’s. During that time he has become our resident coin and currency expert. Mike’s overall approach to business is to keep us family-owned and community focused. LaBosco’s is known for being the most flexible shop in the area and doing everything we can to take care of our customers.
MASTER JEWELER
Jimmy Smith has been a Master Jeweler and Sales Professional at LaBosco’s for thirteen years. He is GIA trained in Diamond Grading and has certifications in Jewelry Design and Manufacturing, Casting, Repair, and Stone Setting. Jimmy has over twenty years of industry experience and many of our favorite customers keep coming back to see him.
GEMOLOGIST
Jim Naylor is our GIA Graduate Gemologist and Certified Appraiser. He has over thirty two years of industry experience and has been a member of the LaBosco’s team for over ten years.
In addition to being a member of our professional sales staff, Jim can complete a comprehensive appraisal for your valuable jewelry. Jim is a trained specialist in the areas of antique and estate jewelry, buying and evaluations, insurance replacements, and is a member of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers.
